Triage records all repair transactions through our bespoke workshop and inventory management system; every repair is booked in with the unit’s unique serial number and specific customer details per the customer’s requirement. The contracted turnaround time is printed on the workshop repair label and tracked via the system to enable WIP management at the bench and by managing to adhere to SLAs. Engineers are monitored on the quality of their repairs and consumption of materials to ensure best-demonstrated practices are followed.

Our multi-lingual sales team has accumulated knowledge of the retail and banking market and the products used, including those hard-to-find “legacy” or “out of production” models. Remarketing is not just about old second user equipment. Some may be unused or in almost new condition, for example, “ex-demo” equipment, failed tests, branch closures, company take-overs, or manufacturers’ surplus stocks.
We will buy and sell complete EPoS systems, barcode scanners, mobile computers, passbook printers and ATMs, and individual components such as receipt printers, keyboards, cash drawers, displays, scanners, and well as the processor units themselves. We also remarket desktop and server equipment.
