We operate four engineering centres of excellence across the UK, which work to both ISO 9001:2008 and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directives. We also have three similar Repair Workshops in Europe, one in the USA and four in India.
With a capacity to support over a million repairs a year, and an unrivalled ability to support a wide range of technology specialisations, we have become the provider of choice for leading OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), and IT service and support organisations. We repair to component level and configure and refurbishes customer IT assets.
Our engineers have OEM accreditations, and our investment in the latest diagnostic technologies ensures our testing correctly identifies the cause of the fault.
