The GFS network utilises the CargoWise One (CW1) IT platform internationally across our entire business. This enables seamless, real-time visibility into the status of each order and allows management of the total transaction – shipment information, access to specific documents/events, reporting tools at shipment, container, pallet or SKU level – via a common operating platform.
To maintain excellence in our customer relationships, we are using SalesForce as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, in conjunction with our main operating and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system CW1.

e-Connect, created by TVS Supply Chain Solutions, is a 24/7 online platform powered by our global unification of technology platforms and processes.
e-Connect offers 24/7 visibility on your goods and data integrity with all GFS countries running on unified platforms. You only need one login to access warehousing, order management, account management and shipment management information on the desktop website platform. We also offer bespoke reporting of KPIs and financial information.
