Keeping Knowledge Flowing

Congratulations to Simon Gargan our Drinks Dispense Technician, who has passed all five units of the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Cellar Service Installation and Maintenance. 

This qualification certifies Simon to install drinks dispense systems in a safe, hygienic and secure way, as well as demonstrate his technical understanding.

TVS place importance on training and developing their employees and the rest of the Beverage Technical Team are currently attending this course. As well as personal development for our employees, this adds value to our Beverage customers who can have confidence in our customer service knowledge and the quality of service that we provide to them.

Simon comments “I started within the industry in 2005 where the training was on the job and was given by another technician. When the opportunity came about for me to take this course I had to jump at the chance. Now that I have completed the course, I do feel that it has enhanced my skill level which will enable me to have an end to end conversation with the end user, and provide them with the technical answer they require.’

Simon has embarked on a programme to transfer his knowledge and technical knowhow to the wider Customer Service team, meaning all members of our Beverage Team have a level of technical understanding.
