A globally-renowned automotive OEM’s largest logistics centre needed assistance in optimising their supply chain. The facility consisted of over one million SQ. FT. of warehouse space and over three million parts. TVS SCS was brought in to evaluate and streamline the entire process.

By transitioning from a flow-through design to a U-shaped design, TVS SCS was able to optimise material flow within the customers’ logistics centre. Thus, reducing the travel distance of the commodities, leading to optimised labour utilisation and an increase in overall operational efficiency.
