TVS Supply Chain Solutions names Ravi Viswanathan as JMD

Chennai, February 17, 2020, TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), India’s leading end-to-end Supply Chain Management Services company and part of the $8.5 bn TVS group, today announced the appointment of Ravi Viswanathan as Joint Managing Director (JMD) with effect from 14th February 2020 and will report to Mr. R. Dinesh. Mr. Viswanathan will take on the CEO and Joint Managing Director of the Company from April 1, 2020.

Ravi Viswanathan joins TVS Supply Chain Solutions from TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), where he was recently the Global Chief Marketing Officer. He is a distinguished alumnus from REC (now NIT) Tiruchirappalli and has lived and worked in India, the US, and Scandinavia. Over his thirty-year career at the Tata Group, Ravi Viswanathan has built and led multiple business units and P&Ls at TCS, in addition to establishing a strong TCS brand and the capabilities to support their global clients.
