Premium Nextday Delivery Service

TVS Supply Chain Solutions offers a market leading, business to business, premium next day spare parts delivery service. The service is designed to meet your business needs by utilising our comprehensive Forward Stock Location and in night delivery infrastructure to get parcels to your customer location before 09:00. Deliveries can be made pre-9am, pre-10:30am, pre-midday, pre-5pm and on Saturdays.

The service aims to provide a cost effective but premium delivery service as an alternative to same day Courier point to point deliveries, by sending parcels over-night using our trunking operations to the TVS SCS FSL’s which is closest to the delivery address, and then the “last mile” is delivered by one of our same day courier service.

This service is generally more cost effective than Overnight carrier Timed delivery services.

The key features of our premium next day delivery service include:

• The ability to track the consignments end to end through our TRACE system
• Drivers are equipped with the latest handheld real-time communications technology
• Consignment are scanned on collection and delivery 
• Adhere to restricted delivery and access times, delivering to specific departments or named individuals where required
• Attempted delivery cards are left where named individuals are unavailable
