TVS Supply Chain Solutions provide body shop field services across Spain and throughout Europe
which provide skilled and vetted technology resources to work as part of your business. Unlike an
employment agency, where you lose the resource you’ve trained up once you no longer have an
immediate need for that temporary head, we work on a ‘trained and retained’ basis.

This helps ensure that even though you can “flex down” the resource they are still retained within
TVS SCS so that when you next need them, they are available. This retains the investment that has
been made in training on your equipment, processes and end-customer requirements. This service is
ideal where you have known peak periods or where you need holiday or sickness cover, and you
need Technology Service resources to “hit the ground running”
