TVS is collaborating with an electric mobility manufacturer for the redesign of the supply chain regarding the management of the components of the different models of electric vehicles.

Our solution involves:

• Analysis of the current Bill of Material and proposal of alternative suppliers with the aim of reducing the cost of the product by 15%
• Redesign of the entire supply chain, taking into account new suppliers and a payment-for-consumption model.
• Post-sale management review.
