R Vaidhyanathan

Vaidhyanathan is the Global CFO effective 1st April 2025.

He joined TVS SCS in January 2019 as Group Financial Controller, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust financial reporting processes and systems. His efforts were instrumental in enabling TVS SCS to adhere to the rigorous timelines and standards required for the IPO process. Subsequently, Vaidhyanathan assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the India Business, where he introduced innovative processes to drive sustainable improvements in profitability and cash flow generation.

His leadership resulted in significant enhancements to the productivity of the finance function, establishing a strong foundation for growth and operational efficiency. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Vaidhyanathan took on the role of overseeing operations for the North and East regions of India. Under his stewardship, the regions experienced notable improvements in business performance, reflecting his strategic and operational acumen. Vaidhyanathan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Postgraduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
His expertise in financial strategy and operational leadership makes him a key driver of success at TVS SCS.
