Jon’s career spans over 30 years of operational, service delivery, and transformational roles with the global technology giants Fujitsu, Siemens, and TVS SCS. Leading multinational businesses to growth and success, Jon is an advocate of the fundamental principle that people are the company’s most important asset.
Having begun his career in Rico as Managing Director of the Technical and Maintenance division UK & Europe, Jon was appointed CEO of TVS SCS IFM in 2023.
In 2025, under the company’s strategic integration to maximise the TVS SCS’ global reach, Jon was appointed CEO Europe.
