He is the former MD & Chief Executive Officer of Randstad India and COO of Ma Foi Management Consultants.
With over 26 years of experience, Balaji is a respected industry thought leader and a hands-on management executive. He is passionate about achieving excellence through people and has been instrumental in designing many HR systems that have become the industry standard.
He is a frequent commentator on various topics of National importance and employment environment where his views are frequently quoted by leading National dailies, business publications and television channels. Balaji holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Masters in Business Administration and has done his Senior Executive Program in INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
