TVS SCS Supports a Military Masterchef at Exercise Joint Caterer

The TVS Supply Chain Solutions team visited the Defence Capability Centre in Shrivenham last week, where we were proud sponsors of the ‘Open Fish Dish’ at Exercise Joint Caterer.

Exercise Joint Caterer is an exciting oppor-tuna-tey for chefs and caterers in the forces to compete in a culinary challenge and demonstrate their skills. The competition, which today entered its 17th year, is a positive celebration of creativity, skill, taste and team spirit within the forces.

As a major contractor to the UK defence industry, TVS was more than happy to get behind the initiative and show our support. (TVS SCS is the current supplier of the UK MoD’s Field Catering Equipment, which covers some 300 NATO Stock Numbers).

We would like to offer our congratulations to Petty Officer Jim Cox of the Royal Navy, who won a gold medal and best in class certificate in our Open Fish dish category – and a big well done to all the other contestants!
