TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited today announced a structured leadership transition plan following the decision of Mr. Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director, to retire during the course of the Financial Year 2026–27.
As part of this transition plan, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Vikas Chadha as Global Chief Executive Officer, effective from 22nd January 2026. This appointment follows a comprehensive succession planning process led by the Board of Directors and its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
During the transition period, Mr. Ravi Viswanathan will continue to serve as Managing Director and will work closely with Mr. Vikas Chadha to ensure leadership continuity and execution of the Company’s strategy.
The Board of Directors intend to complete the leadership transition during the Financial Year 2026–27.
Commenting on the transition, R. Vikas brings extensive international experience, and I look forward to working closely with him.”

Mr. Chadha brings over three decades of leadership experience across multinational organisations, with a strong track record in strategy execution and managing large, geographically diverse operations. He is an Electronics and Communications Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
