TVS SCS Launches ieX, a Next-Generation Platform for Delivery Precision and Visibility

UK, 15 September 2025 – TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), one of the leading global supply chain providers is pleased to announce the phased rollout of ieX, a next-generation platform designed to enhance delivery visibility, geolocation precision, and customer support across its operational network.

Developed to replace the legacy In-Night functionality within TVS SCS’s TRACE system, ieX introduces a range of powerful new features. TRACE, TVS SCS’s logistics and order tracking platform, remains the primary customer interface, and with seamless integration between the two systems, ieX enhances delivery performance, visibility, and responsiveness across the network.

Key Features of ieX:

• Seamless TRACE Integration: In-Night orders placed via TRACE now automatically interface with ieX, ensuring real-time tracking and visibility without additional input.
• Enhanced Imaging: High-resolution images are captured at both delivery and collection points, accessible via secure hyperlinks within TRACE.
• Precise Geolocation: Drop scans now include accurate longitude and latitude coordinates, which can be viewed in Google Maps through TRACE.
• Improved Customer Support: With more accurate data available in real time, customer service teams can resolve issues more efficiently.
• Greater Accuracy: Advanced scanning reduces errors and improves last-mile delivery performance.
• Increased Transparency: Real-time updates at every stage of the journey provide customers with end-to-end visibility.

Phased Rollout Now Underway

The ieX platform is being introduced in phases across TVS SCS’s operational network, with full implementation expected by October 2025. Customers will begin experiencing enhancements immediately, with further functionality to follow.
