Online booking and real-time notifications

Through the use of real-time data, customers are able to receive a range of automated SMS and email notifications including on route, collection, in transit and an instant Proof of Delivery notices.
Our dynamic eta notification system provides real-time delivery updates based on live traffic data. If the system shows that based on prevailing traffic, the consignment is likely to miss the agreed upon delivery time, an automatic notification will be sent by email and SMS to nominated users providing a revised delivery time.
All TVS SCS couriers are vetted based on the Governments Baseline Personnel Security Standard, including DBS checks.
