National Distribution Network

We offer a unique range of innovative distribution options based on a transactional pricing model. Our approach enables our clients to fulfil the increased demand for fast delivery to field service engineers and replace their fixed costs with a flexible commercial model that supports continued growth.

Our distribution network includes 300 pick-up drop-off (PUDO) sites used for strategic stockholding and available for field engineers to collect and return parts efficiently and cost-effectively. We also have over 3000 Intelligent lockers reducing the time your engineers spend traveling to collect parts by providing them with local secure 24/7/365 access to the spare parts they need.

In-Night Delivery

We have the largest in-night delivery fleet in the UK, delivering parts directly to the boot of the engineer’s vehicle or designated safe place.

New part deliveries are scanned into the vehicle, and return parts are scanned out for full trace and traceability. Failed deliveries are returned to the site for collection by an engineer or re-delivery as required.

Frequently Asked Questions

The challenge for any supply chain is simple, to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand and provide this service in the most cost-efficient manner. TVS SCS Smart locker network is designed to give businesses a way of making sure the spare parts their field service engineers need each day are within less than a 15-minute drive of their home and instantly available when they arrive at the locker. This level of accessibility is significantly higher than the industry average and provide clear commercial advantages in productivity and improved service levels.

The technology within the locker automatically creates an audit of all collections and deliveries, with SMS and email alerts sent to designated stakeholders upon every delivery and collection. TVS SCS offers pre 7 am delivery by utilizing its national fleet of in-night couriers.

Night delivery or night time delivery is a courier service that deliveries items to locations throughout the night and early morning. This type of courier service is used by multiple business sectors including retail, engineering, technology, and automotive.

By replacing or replenishing stock or parts during the night, they ensure that their employees can collect or put them first thing in the morning reducing the time spent waiting around for deliveries or avoiding filling shelves while customers are in the store.

To be able to benefit from in-night delivery, customers will need to provide the in-night supplier with access to a secure area in which they can deliver the stock or parts. TVS SCS has the largest In-Night delivery fleet in the UK and years of experience supporting companies to improve their cost and service efficiencies by introducing night-time delivery into their supply chains.
