Master Data Management
We have created our own data analysis tools under the Msys Brand which provides our customers with key master data for the planning, sourcing, manufacturing, storing and delivering of products and services.
The Msys suite of applications have been developed In House, by our UK Programmers and continues to be developed to meet our clients’ demanding environments. Many of our applications have been born from our own initial requirements and are used In House by the TVS SCS Group today. They are constantly tested with live feedback being provided by our users.
Msys. MRM (Mobile Resource Management) is a real-time resource planning, job scheduling solution that incorporates sophisticated planning systems and job deployment through mobile device technology. Deployed to any field based Engineer workforce, the system provides optimised work routing and data capture of all work undertaken.
Msys. SIP (Supply Information Portal) is designed with your suppliers in mind. The portal providers your suppliers with purchase information, allowing them to manage the level of stock they deliver and schedule amendments as may be required to keep product supply levels constant.
Msys. DFP (Demand Forecast & Planning) solution has been developed by our in-house IT experts to reduce client inventory and deliver substantial improvements in product availability. Msys. DFP is used in house by our Parent Company Multipart and by many of the customers which we service.
Msys. WMS (Warehouse Management System) utilises real-time information to optimise the throughput, performance and accuracy of any Warehouse and Distribution Centre’s processes and controls.
Msys. BIR (Business Intelligence Reporting) is a web enabled reporting tool that integrates with all of the Msys. solutions to provide high impact reports, presented in a Dashboard format. Msys. BIR can provide reports on one or all of the Msys. family, depending on our customer requirements.
Msys. PDM is an extensive Product Data Management Solution, providing customers with ultimate control over parts data and replacement part release sequence. Msys. PDM manages Manufacturing Bill of Material and conversion to Aftermarket Catalogue, whether Electronic or Hard Copy.
We will place orders for your products with suppliers, expedite orders, raise purchase orders and process invoices ensuring your customers receive their goods exactly when they need them. We have a team of customer service and supply chain professionals who are on hand and are dedicated to making sure that we process your orders seamlessly. Our team deals with tasks comprising placement of orders for your products, expediting orders and managing back orders, raising purchase orders, arranging for special deliveries and ensuring that the appropriate delivery method is used through the implementation of system traps. We will also work with you to manage your orders.

This means only holding the right amount of stock to meet your customer demands based on analysing trends and patterns in your order history. We use demand forecasting and inventory planning software to accurately predict your future order quantities to reduce risk and ensure that your cash is not tied up in safety stock which may become obsolete or superseded.
Global Strategic Purchasing
We offer a full procurement solution for you and your customers which involves quality checking and selecting the best and most cost effective suppliers in the market place. We have access to over 3,000 global suppliers who work to TVS compliancy levels as specified by existing clients. We obtain the best possible prices and create opportunities for gain share which is passed back to our client.
We keep your production line moving and eliminate the risk of line stoppages through a range of manual and automated services which enable you to increase your manufacturing output. Our customised services include sequencing the order of product on arrival at your manufacturing plant, organising product components into kits of similar or homogenous groups which feed into the line at exactly the right time in the production schedule and we have even invested over £6m in robotic technology to sub assemble your products before they reach the final production line. We can also carry out quality inspection and compliance services on your behalf, checking each product against your OE manual and carry out any remedial work or liaise with the supplier on your behalf to repair or replace your product, giving you added peace of mind from zero line stoppages or equipment downtime.

Storage / Warehousing
We have multiple distribution centres and forward stock locations at strategic points around the globe, with over 4 million sq. ft of warehouse space. In addition to our own facilities we manage facilities owned by our clients, driving more efficient ways of working.
We store a vast array of different types of items and have developed our own advanced Warehouse Management system which we use in our facilities. This system utilises real-time information to optimise the throughput, performance and accuracy of any Warehouse and Distribution Centre’s processes and controls.
We have access to a global distribution fleet, working with some of the best and most proficient carriers in the marketplace. This means we can ship your product however and whenever you or your customer needs it.
We manage returns, repairs and replacements or your spares so your cash flow is not tied up in secret safety stock for those just in case situations. We also provide efficient reverse supply chain services including recovery, storage and refurbishment of parts from users. Our end to end after sales service extends to offering round the clock support for your customers and engineers. Our comprehensive aftermarket services help to extend the lifespan of your equipment or infrastructure for longer by providing the best quality spares for your engineers to fit which eradicates downtime so your profits are not adversely affected.
