UK Ministry of Defence, acting through its Agent, Babcock Land Defence Ltd Award Land Rover Spares Contract to TVS Supply Chain Solutions.
The UK Ministry of Defence, acting through its Agent, Babcock Land Defence Ltd, has awarded TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) a contract for the supply of spares, consumables and accessories for the Land Rover Wolf Platform.
The two plus one-year agreement will see TVS SCS use its accredited inventory management, procurement and supply chain expertise to ensure the optimum availability of spares for this legacy vehicle platform.
The Land Rover Wolf fleet has been in service with UK MOD since the mid-1990s. Approximately 6,500 vehicles remain in service providing the UK MOD with its utility capability. Obsolescence management is an important ongoing requirement which TVS SCS, along with the Post Design Services contractor, will continue to address to support the availability and upkeep of the platform.
This award builds on TVS SCSās strong position providing supply chain capability in support of several of the UK MODās vehicle platforms including: the MITER fleet (construction vehicles, mechanical handling equipment and protective plant); Armoured Fighting Vehicles; and Light Protected Vehicles fleets.

UK Ministry of Defence Award Maritime Spares Procurement Contract to TVS Supply Chain Solutions.
The Maritime Spares team within the UK MODās Logistics Services Operating Centre have awarded one of three places on their 4 year + 1 option year FGS contract to TVS SCS, to procure a wide range of Royal Navy Fleet General Stores items.
The requirement covers the provision of spares, repairs, and associated services for a wide range of equipment. This equipment includes domestic appliances, test equipment, laboratory equipment, ropes, catering equipment, and mechanical items such as seals and gaskets.
Underpinning the procurement activity and to enable continued availability of contracted items is the supply of Technical Services covering Obsolescence management, Integrated Logistics Support and assistance with Safety Assessments.

TVS SCS secures long-term contract from Dennis Eagle in the UK for aftermarket services
Chennai, 16th November, 2022: TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), one of the largest and fastest growing integrated supply chain solutions providers in India in terms of revenues in Fiscal 2021 according to the report titled āLogistics and SCS (Supply Chain Solutions) Market in Indiaā, dated February 10, 2022 prepared by RedSeer (the āRedSeer Report ā), today announced the renewal of a key business deal with Dennis Eagle Ltd., UK for a further period of five years. The aftermarket Parts Service provided by TVS SCS UK for Dennis Eagle includes Product Data Management; Sourcing; Purchasing and Supplier Management; Stocking and Distribution, Next-day delivery throughout the UK and delivery to export markets; and the creation of technical manuals and catalogue illustrations. TVS SCS provides systems for business reporting, preparing workshop quotations, and an electronic parts catalogue for aftermarket part identification and ordering.
