{"id":786,"date":"2022-05-17T13:52:27","date_gmt":"2022-05-17T13:52:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/in-global.tvsscs.com\/spain\/?p=786"},"modified":"2022-05-18T05:34:29","modified_gmt":"2022-05-18T05:34:29","slug":"iva-diferido-la-mejor-opcion-para-reducir-costes-financieros-en-las-importaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tvsscs.com\/spain\/iva-diferido-la-mejor-opcion-para-reducir-costes-financieros-en-las-importaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"IVA DIFERIDO: LA MEJOR OPCI\u00d3N PARA REDUCIR COSTES FINANCIEROS EN LAS IMPORTACIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>APERTURA DEL PLAZO DE SOLICITUD EN NOVIEMBRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como cada a\u00f1o, desde el d\u00eda 1 hasta el 30 de noviembre se abre el plazo para solicitar acogerse al r\u00e9gimen de IVA DIFERIDO a la importaci\u00f3n, para las operaciones que se vayan a realizar durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Para tener derecho a la aplicaci\u00f3n del IVA DIFERIDO en la importaci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 necesario realizar la solicitud a trav\u00e9s de la Declaraci\u00f3n Censal en el Modelo 036 Casilla 530, ingreso cuotas IVA a la importaci\u00f3n liquidado por la Aduana (ART\u00cdCULO 167.DOS segundo p\u00e1rrafo de la Ley 37\/1992, reguladora del IVA).<\/p>\n<p>Pueden solicitarlo todas las empresas o profesionales que act\u00faen como importadores dentro de los plazos establecidos para su solicitud, y deber\u00e1 tener un periodo de liquidaci\u00f3n que coincida con el mes Natural.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez la empresa est\u00e9 registrada en el r\u00e9gimen de IVA DIFERIDO no tendr\u00e1 que hacer el pago del IVA con el Mod. 031, ya que podr\u00e1 optar por incluir la cuota Liquidada de IVA por la Aduana en la declaraci\u00f3n de importaci\u00f3n, Declaraci\u00f3n \u2013 Liquidaci\u00f3n Mensual del IVA Mod. 303.<\/p>\n<p>En el Mod. 303 hay que cumplimentar la casilla 33, referida a las \u00abcuotas soportadas en las importaciones\u00bb y la casilla 77 referida al \u00abIVA a la importaci\u00f3n pendiente de ingreso\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Si tiene cualquier duda a lo anteriormente expuesto, podemos ofrecerles soporte para la gesti\u00f3n y tramitaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de nuestro Departamento de Aduanas, Tel. 936 000 229 \u2013 Sr. Miguel Arnedo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APERTURA DEL PLAZO DE SOLICITUD EN NOVIEMBRE Como cada a\u00f1o, desde el d\u00eda 1 hasta el 30 de noviembre se abre el plazo para solicitar acogerse al r\u00e9gimen de IVA DIFERIDO a la importaci\u00f3n, para las operaciones que se vayan a realizar durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o 2022.
