Ravi Prakash is responsible for Group Finance and Controlling strategy and operative functions across the global entities. He promotes value creation across the organization by serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders, overseeing performance across the organization while developing an enduring relationship with investors.
Ravi Prakash brings with him over 25 years of diverse finance and Strategy experience from a wide range of organizations such as Pfizer, Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble in India, Europe and South-East Asia. In his last assignment at Pfizer, he was the Finance Director of India and Singapore operations and the CFO of Pfizer Inc.’s publicly listed subsidiary in India.
He has strong experience in leading ERP/GST/Shared service implementations, Budgeting, External Reporting, Tax and Treasury as part of his operational responsibility. Ravi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.
