Oliver Ballhatchet MBE is the Deputy High Commissioner who represents the UK in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
Oliver began his career in office in 2004, initially working on counter-terrorism before moving overseas to work in the British Embassy in Brazil tackling Energy and Global Climate Control.
