Job Overview

The Quality Management System Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining our established ISO9001-certified quality management system across multiple sites. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of ISO9001 and demonstrate the ability to bring new direction to our existing system, working independently or collaboratively with a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as the role requires working closely with senior leadership, including Board members, and clients to ensure continuous improvement, quality output, and adherence to contractual obligations.

Job Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain the established ISO9001-certified quality management system across multiple sites.
  • Utilize proven quality methods to map, review, and enhance processes and procedures associated with ISO9001.
  • Collaborate with various departments and sites to share best practices.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure contractual obligations are met and that TVS provides industry-leading, effective services.
  • Identify, manage, and deliver continuous improvement projects that enhance quality, efficiency, and/or financial savings across the organization.
  • Lead external audits, including client, regulatory, and accreditation audits.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in building and/or managing an ISO9001 quality management system
  • Demonstrated knowledge of successfully applying quality methods in a continuous improvement project environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to work independently or as part of a team to seek out and implement positive change.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels, with the confidence to drive change in a challenging environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Possess an Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
