Operations Administrator

Purpose:
To ensure the smooth running of the operational function for our Preston site.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Collate, enter and manage data in spreadsheets and databases.
- Sort packages and parcels
- Scan documents and store files
- Keep compliance up to date
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills
