Job Overview

  • To provide IT infrastructure and system administration support for the LCST Team Leidos contract.

Job Responsibilities

  • Windows OS Support (8.1/10/11)
  • Server Support (Microsoft Server 2012 onwards)
  • Provide high quality support within the Team Leidos environment and within the scope of TVS responsibilities
  • Operate within ITIL service management framework with particular focus on Incident, Problem, Change and Release

 

Operational support

 

  • Own incidents, service requests and change requests to resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service to all staff
  • 1st and 2nd line support to internal/external customers
  • Provide timely and appropriate escalations to 2nd and 3rd line support where required
  • Own and manage faults reported to third parties, maintaining communication updates with the customer throughout
  • Assist with the procurement, build/configuration of laptops, tablets and all other IT equipment
  • Promote IT Best Practice and increase knowledge of core systems in the user community
  • Assist with ad hoc IT projects
  • To follow, create and maintain work instructions, audit controls and asset management databases

Qualifications and Skills

  • Advanced Windows Desktop and Server knowledge
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure and networking
  • Implementation of deployments
  • Active Directory management
  • Experience with AWS
