Job Overview

To provide technical and supply chain product support across the TVS beverage function working across all aspects of TVS, beverage clients and vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Electronic Parts Catalogue
• Management of Code of Practice process
• Field technical queries for all beverage field engineers
• Sourcing of special requirements for beverage customers
• Management of adhoc beverage client requests
• Obtaining and ensuring technical specifications are adhered to
• Management of manual order build process where required
• Raising of new part adds to ERP system
• Carrying out technical quality checks on stock items where required
• Development support for TVS Beverage parts range
• Supporting the purchasing team in develop new parts and vendors
• Technical assessment of any onsite “warranty issues”
• Technical support to all TVS beverage departments
• Management of obsolescence/supersession process
• Management of hierarchy structure for refurbished parts
• Supporting Vendor/Client meetings where required
• Supporting Account Management in the development of new value added propositions
• Management of scrap process
• Support ongoing efficiency improvements for repairable stock lines
• Identify stock lines to add to repairable stock profile
• Identify and progress opportunities to expand the services of the TVS returns centre
• Identify and progress commercially viable improvement opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

• Educated to ‘A’ level standard or vocational equivalent.
• Effective communicator at all levels.
• Resilient and clear thinking under pressure.
• Literate and numerate.
• Team player.
• Willingness to assist all areas of the supply chain
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UK beverage industry
