The average price for a litre of diesel fuel in March was	£1.54
The Courier Services Fuel Surcharge for April 2024	12.45%
The In-Night & FSL Fuel Surcharge for April 2024	2.80%

We will apply a standard percentage fuel surcharge to the total mileage charge for customer jobs completed by a Sameday courier according to the surcharge matrix table for Courier Services.

The percentage surcharge to be applied will be based upon the table values shown, dependent upon the prevailing UK average price for a litre of diesel fuel.

The UK monthly average pump price per litre of diesel fuel will be calculated from the weekly report published by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/weekly-road-fuel-prices

Where an increase in the average pump price will result in an increase or decrease of the percentage surcharge amount, such change will be applied in the month following the monthly average calculated from the published Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy Report.

*Example: The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy report for March is published recording an increase in the average price of diesel fuel which will result in an increase in the percentage surcharge. The amended surcharge will be applied to jobs booked for the month of April.

In-Night and FSL Services Division

We will apply a standard fuel surcharge for services provided by our In-Night Services Division and for FSL transactions that involve transportation, according to the surcharge matrix table for In-Night and FSL Services, using the same methodology and reporting published by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.
