This customer owns, operates and maintains a regions electricity distribution network, connecting 2.4 million properties, and more than 5 million people in the region to the National Grid. TVS SCS’ solution was to help drive transformation within their supply chain.

We have achieved this through the provision of stock across customer depots, strategic stock locations and complete integration of TVS SCS systems to overhaul previous supply chain systems and improve service efficiency whilst increasing system resilience.

By transitioning to more automated systems through the integration of TVS SCS systems, this customer was able to benefit from improved operational efficiency and better visibility of their stock while optimising inventory levels and increasing availability.
