Andrew is a successful, effective, trusted leader who has consistently delivered high levels of customer satisfaction and value while delivering growth for the various manufacturing and supply chain companies. To support growth, he successfully balances the necessary focus on delivering operational efficiencies while identifying business opportunities and realising their potential by entrusting and empowering those around him.
Andrew brings over 30 years of experience in a range of organisations from large international public limited companies to medium-sized privately-owned companies, 25 years of those as a Director. These have included Cummins, ArvinMeritor, Honeywell, Klarius and Eminox.
He provides effective leadership of the key-value streams and has an excellent working knowledge of world-class continuous improvement techniques and standards such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc. Andrew holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Physics from Leeds University.
